Bethesda announced their long-rumoured sci-fi RPG Starfield at their 2018 E3 press conference.

Starfield is Bethesda’s first new IP in 25 years, and fans have been expecting it’s announcement for a number of years, ever since 2013 when publisher Bethesda trademarked the name ‘Starfield’ at the same time as ‘Fallout 4’.

No details were conveyed during the conference apart from a short teaser trailer but Bethesda’s Todd Howard did say the game would be for “next-gen”, so don’t expect to pick this one up anytime soon.
