CD Projekt Red’s hotly anticipated follow up to the Witcher series Cyberpunk 2077 has had further details revealed during E3 2018, including the surprise turn that the game will take place from a first-person perspective.
We got our first look at the world of Cyberpunk 2077 with a colourful new trailer during Microsoft’s E3 Briefing but more details have been dropping over the last couple of days. Players will create their own fully-voiced characters using a robust character creator and take on the role of ‘V’ during their adventures in Night City. Players will have control over their ‘V’s gender, appearance and background all of which will have an effect on how NPC’s will interact with ‘V’ in this open world narrative-driven role-playing game. Players will be faced with a multitude of choices and consequences driven by a branching dialogue system.
Cyberpunk 2077 does not currently have a release date but is expected to be released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
